What our staging team handles:

• Stage the outdoor event space and layout • Position faux plants and outdoor decorations • Set up inflatable bouncers for kids' events • Display welcome boards and table boards • Arrange 60 chairs and 6 tables with centerpieces • Assemble and position the photo booth • Set up food warmers and other food-related rentals • Set up the cake area and dessert display

Important: This is a professional staging service fee only. All items used in the staging must be rented separately from our rental catalog.

The $250 fee covers our team's time, expertise, and labor for delivery, setup, and breakdown.
