Our staging team arrives at your location with everything needed to transform your space. Chairs, tables, centerpieces, food warmers, photo booth, faux plants, welcome boards — all positioned with care. When your guests walk in, it looks like you spent days preparing. All items must be rented from Accelerated Trends as part of the staging service.

Indoor vs outdoor

  • Accelerated Flex — Indoor

    Best for: home celebrations, event center gatherings, dinner parties, baby showers. Includes setup of all rented items within your indoor space, plus kid-friendly touches like vibrant area rugs for themed parties. $150 service fee.

  • Accelerated Gold — Outdoor

    Best for: backyard parties, patio celebrations, outdoor birthdays, milestone events. Includes full outdoor staging with up to 60 chairs, 6 tables, inflatable bouncers for kids, and all outdoor decorations. $250 service fee.

How staging pricing works

The staging service fee covers our professional team's time, delivery, setup, styling, and post-event breakdown. All rental items (chairs, tables, centerpieces, warmers, photo booth, etc.) are rented separately from our catalog. This gives you full control over your budget — rent only what you need, and we'll stage it beautifully. Looking for an all-inclusive option?
