What's the difference?

  • Guest size

    Accelerated X covers up to 20 guests with a 6-hour window. Double X expands to 50 guests with up to 8 hours of coverage.

  • Staging scale

    Accelerated X includes 20 chairs, 2 tables, and 1 faux plant. Double X triples the setup with 60 chairs, 6 tables, and 2 faux plants.

  • Same premium experience

    Both packages include vendor management, digital invites, thank-you notes, food pick-up, complimentary photo booth, and full staging. The only difference is scale.

  5. On event day, our team arrives early to set up everything

  7. After the event, we break everything down — you don't lift a finger
